Over the years as I’ve worked as a singer and songwriter, I’ve also had the privilege to teach. My students in Stockholm, New York, and Wilmington, DE, have been a joy to work with, and it’s been a thrill to see them thrive. Some of my students sing on Broadway, in national feature films, in recording studios, regional and community theatre, and music programs around the country. Many of my students also are excellent songwriters and have crafted beautiful performances from their work. It’s been a thrill to be able to teach in New York and Delaware this year, as well as via Skype as far away as Los Angeles and Nashville. Much of my students news is posted on my Facebook page. Having students means I can celebrate their many successes, and teach them the valuable lessons that my years of singing have taught me. It’s a huge gift to share an “aha” moment with someone else and make a difference.
