Dear friends,
Here is more exciting IVA news from the past months!

As time goes on, we be putting more news on Facebook, so please come LIKE the page! And remember to order a copy of LEAP on ivavoice.com or via iTunes.

We have put together a lyric video for “All That We Are”, the song on LEAP that I wrote with Jorgen Löf and Jukka Kampainnen, and that has been playing on WXPN, WMVY Martha’s Vineyard, and other stations around the country both online and on the airwaves:

Please enjoy, and SHARE the video with your friends on email or on social media! And keep REQUESTING the song on WXPN by writing to requests@xpn.org. The more you request, the more they play it!

And if you have not yet seen the special video that Tommy Hellström put together about my visit to Sweden for the Swedish-American of the Year awards ceremony, please WATCH here and SHARE it with friends:

I’ve also had some SPECIAL VISITS with the SWEDISH EMBASSY in Washington this past month.

On September 9th The HOUSE OF SWEDEN held a gala reception and party for the release of the Ingrid Bergman stamp. I had the honor of singing at the ceremony, where Bergman’s daughter, Pia Lindström, spoke and unveiled the stamp.

On September 16th, Swedish Ambassador Lyrvall and his wife Madeleine hosted a luncheon in honor of my winning the Swedish American of the Year Award. It was quite humbling to have my work celebrated with my family and colleagues, especially knowing that past recipients of the Vasa Order’s honor include Ann Margaret, Buzz Aldrin, and Chief Justice Rehnquist.
